Kader is currently serving in the role of Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL). Prior to joining RNL, Kader led Technology Build and Delivery organization for Cartus Technology at Realogy, overseeing its Digital Transformation Strategic Initiatives.

Prior to joining Realogy, Kader was the Head of Business, Technology and Portfolio Management at BMO Harris Bank. Kader also led large scale technology transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies like Deloitte and Accenture. He also served as Country Head of TransUnion in South Asia. He led PMO, offshore delivery centers at various organizations such as State Farm Insurance, Highmark (Blue Cross Blue Shield of PA), US Foods and Ryder Logistics. He comes with deep vertical expertise in Healthcare, Logistics, Financial Services, Consumer, and Industrial Products.

Kader has earned a Master’s in Computer Science from University of Madras (India) and MBA in Global Management from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).
