With a background rooted in finance, accounting, and MIS, Brandon began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he honed his analytical skills and developed a deep understanding of business process redesign leveraging financial systems. He then transitioned to senior finance leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as Walgreens, US Foods, Pactiv, Aebi Schmidt Group, MCC Label, and National Express where he played pivotal roles in driving financial performance and fostering operational efficiency.

At U.S. Waterproofing, Brandon serves as a strategic partner, leveraging his extensive industry experience to propel the company towards its transformational goals. He is recognized for his authentic and inspiring leadership style, which motivates teams to excel even in highly matrixed organizational structures.
